ICHEP 2026: Newsletter #2 (May 1st, 2026)
ICHEP 2026 is only three months away. Our Local Organizing Committee is working hard on finishing the program, hiring providers in Natal, planning outreach activities, concluding last logistics about venues, meals, etc. Below is some information about the Conference.
1. Registration with early bird fees is extended until May 15th.
2. We remind you that the parallel sessions will take place from July 30 to August 1st at the PraiaMar Convention Center and the plenary sessions will take place August 3-5 at the Natal Convention Center.
3. A preliminary program with the blocks reserved for the parallel sessions and the plenary sessions is available in the Indico page at https://indico.cern.ch/event/1522800/timetable/#20260730.detailed
