General Information
There will be two poster sessions at the PraiaMar Convention Center, 31/07 and 01/08, from 19h-21h. Each session will hold up to 90 posters. Poster presenters will receive a notification of which day their poster will be presented. We ask the presenters to remove their posters after each session.
Afterwards, the poster display boards will be moved to the Natal Convention Center and all posters can be presented again simultaneously for the second half of the conference, although there will be no formal poster session.
We recommend the size A0 (portrait orientation) for the posters. The panels will have hooks to hang the posters. We contacted a Printing Company named Caule de Papiro in Natal and they can print your poster and send it to the PraiaMar Convention Center. If you are interested, please contact cauledepapiro@gmail.com.
Best Poster Award
The best posters will be awarded a special prize. To be considered for the prize, the presenter should upload their poster pdf file to Indico by Friday, July 31st, 18:00 (local time).
Upload instructions
Please make sure that you have a CERN Indico account and check in advance if you have rights to upload materials to your contribution on Indico. Contact immediately the organizers at ichep2026@cbpf.br in case of any problems with uploading file(s) to Indico. To upload the poster file on Indico, go to the main Indico conference page and click on the Poster Contribution List item in the menu. Find your contribution and go to the corresponding page. Alternatively, you can also navigate to your contribution by clicking on the main menu MY CONFERENCE -> MY CONTRIBUTION. There, click the “Edit materials” button in the bottom-right corner and upload your poster file. Make sure you are logged in with the same Indico account to which your contribution is assigned. Please do this no later than the day before your presentation.
Instructions for the sessions on Friday and Saturday
There will be 2 poster sessions, one on Friday 31/07 and the other on Saturday 01/08.
You can check when is your session in the indico timetable.
There will be panels with a label stick to each one of them where you can find the place to hold
your poster. These labels will have the following identification information
#position – #ID
Presenter Name
For example:
61 – 735
John Dole
This reads: the panel position in the room is number 61, the contribution number is 735 for
presenter “John Dole”.
The position in the room is given to find the poster location easily. The contribution number is there
because some authors have more than one poster.
To avoid people to go through every panel to find where to hang their posters, the lists with the
information above is made available in the following pdf files:

You should hang your poster(s) starting at 18:30 on the day of your poster session.
Note that the panels are double sided, meaning that in one side will be hung the posters for session 1
and on the other side the ones for session 2.
EARLY CAREER PRESENTERS: please, do not forget to upload the pdf file of your poster!
