ICHEP 2026: Newsletter #3 (July 3rd, 2026)
ICHEP 2026 is happening in less than a month! Preparations are being finalized at both venues - PraiaMar Convention Center (30-Jul to 1-Aug) for the parallel sessions and the Natal Convention Center (3-5 Aug) for the plenary talks. We are looking forward to welcoming you to Natal. Please find below some useful information about the Conference.
1. The detailed ICHEP2026 program is now available in the Indico page:

2. Regular registration and conference dinner payment ends by July 23. Afterwards registration can only be made on site, with payment in cash (the exact amount in BRL) or using the Brazilian PIX payment system.
3. Tickets for lunches on 3–5 August at the Natal Convention Center will be available for purchase on site.
