ICHEP 2026: Newsletter #4 (July 21st, 2026)
The countdown for ICHEP has started. Please find below some reminders and further information regarding the Conference.
1. Regular online registration ends on July 23. After this date, registration will be available exclusively on-site. Payments must be made in cash (Brazilian Reais, exact change required) or via the PIX system.
2. There will be an early registration period on July 29 starting at 3pm until 8pm at the PraiaMar Convention Center. We strongly recommend early registration if possible.
3. Instructions for uploads of talks in the Indico platform can be found at https://indico.cern.ch/event/1522800/page/43519-instructions-for-speakers. Please upload your talk no later than the day before your presentation.
4. Our LOC prepared a very useful guide to Natal available at https://indico.cern.ch/event/1522800/page/43797-natal-guide.
5. The welcome reception will take place in the "Beach Club” space across the street from the PraiaMar hotel on July 30.
6. The Minister of Science and Technology of Brazil has confirmed her participation in the official opening of the Conference on Monday, August 3. This implies some changes to Monday's schedule that are being incorporated in the program. In addition, some minor changes still need to be made - please check the program periodically for these changes.
7. We are going to use the HEPCon software for ICHEP. Instructions on downloading the app are given at https://indico.cern.ch/event/1522800/page/39674-hepcon.
