1. We discussed the integration of recommendation into the Executive Summary
   • The current work in progress will need a 2nd round of consolidating the recommendaiotns further to reduce further.
   • In addition to updating logos in the Executive Summary, we add the corresponding list of the institute. Gihan will send such a list.
2. Ulrich presented his comments. He has not gone thru all the chapters and may get to the rest soon
   • Some comments were discussed and resolved during the meeting.
   • We invite all look and address the comments on their chapters in the next few days. 
   • We suggest that where there are several authors, you designate among your ranks one person to handle Overleap.
   • We decided to turn track-changes in Overleaf to follow multiple work on same areas.
   • We agreed on some additions to the Light Sources  (Gihan) and Compact Light Sources chapters (Simon, and Luca).
   • Luca will send his comments on Nuclear Physics Simon.
