The QCHS Conference will provide limited financial support to PhD students and, exceptionally, young postdocs who submit an abstract for a talk or poster presentation.
The exact forms of support will be determined later, depending on the conference budget.
To apply for financial support, please follow these steps:
- Complete the application form:
- Provide your personal information
- Upload your CV (PDF, max 2 pages)
- Upload a Cover Letter (PDF, 1 page) explaining why attending the conference is important for your career and detailing the support you need.
- Ensure that you do not exceed the page limits.
- Request your supervisor or a senior researcher to send a Recommendation Letter directly to qchs2026@uwr.edu.pl.
- Both the application form and recommendation letter have to be submitted by the application deadline (see Important Dates).
Terms and Conditions:
- Participation in the Student Days (more information coming soon) is mandatory for those granted financial support.
- Students receiving support may be asked to assist with conference-related tasks.
