TB slot: 24-Sept -> 8-Oct (at least 10 days should be dedicated to HiDRa)

Proposal for the next meetings: 

• Today we mainly review the activities of WP1 and WP2-3
• Next meeting I'd like to focus on the analysis (i.e. G4 geometry, TB and physics): -> 30-April: even two meetings if necessary (tbc)
• Then the focus will mainly be on TB preparation
  • I'll prepare a list of activities to go through all the time although it will always possible to address specific topics
