Last Week

• VD-5 TaC testing in the framework of Patricija's PhD.
  • Terbium di-fluoride molecules with CF4 injection.
  • > 1 MBq collected and could have collected more - stopped for direct irradiation. No shippment was done due to NPL not able to recieve the sample.
• Direct irradiation of TaC for Tb run thursday-friday morning.
  • Temperature of the target reached ~120 oC 
  • Target #886M-VD-5 failed due to ion source short circuit.

This Week

• #880M preparation with ThC charge for anticipation of indirect irradiation over weekend
  • If proton beam does not exceed 2 uA
  • A need to anticipate 30 min for target change on thursday. MEDICIS is flexible with target change timing

Next week

• If #880M irradiated over weekend - testing of the target on FE
• MD runs for new CCM gas application and mass scans from VD-5 ion source target units
• 2nd indirect irradiation of the #880M ThC target from thursday
  • Preparation for Ra-224/225 collection
• Preparation of the pumpstand for the release studies (target change)
