Project HighLO: ethical and regulatory challenges of spoofing in EU 160/1-009
Results will be presented of HighLO's master's student Karen Echternach, who conducted a survey and interviews among IMS Group members. Her thesis is entitled "Ethical and Regulatory Challenges of Spoofing in European Markets: Exploring the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) from the Perspectives of Regulators and Market Participants".
