911 new doors -On-site visit with EN-HE

Meeting 23/04/2025 on-site: 

• Works were planned to start 22nd of April but the contractor pointed out some works to be performed before the intervention.
• The ladder on top of the existing door needs to be modified before changing the end stopper of the crane. 
• The EN-CV fan control needs to be relocated because the switch of the crane will be placed there
• In summary: works to do and constrains: 

• The power of the crane switch will be relocated by EN-EL 
• [Action Ixone]: Contact Ming to discuss it. EN-EL intervention is planned before EN-HE'S, so EN-EL will need to come after to relocate the power.
• The time between the relocation and the power connection, the crane will be unavailable. 
• [Action Ixone]: Contact Philippe (the TSO) to discuss the intervention period. 
• Agreed schedule: 
• The intervention for the endstop modification and the relocation of the switch : 1^st week of June
• Hangers removal: 1^st week of June
• Platform modification: SCE will do it at the same time as the door openings ( beginning of July )
• Red ladder removal: to be check with SCE if they are planning to do it or it will be under EN-HE's responsibility.
