Room: 4/S-030 All supervisors should be informed by their respective Dep Reps about the outcome of their proposed selection at the committee. HR will contact the selected candidates no later than Monday, May 19th. For supervisors: start contacting the candidates on Tuesday - 20th of May. The deadline to contact their selected candidate and confirm their start date is by the end of the day on Monday, May 26th. Reminder: The earliest possible start date is July 1, 2025, for students who do not require a visa. For students who require a visa, the earliest possible start date is September 1, 2025. Ukrainian students on hold before we verify their location and permit (if they have S permit or no).
