Lodging accomodation

1. Prof. Amou will re-visit the university dorms and check if we will need to provide anything such as toilettry or bedding.
2. Prof. Amou will send the details of 3 suggested hotels in Lome
3. Two additional hotel information from Prof. Amou has been added to agenda page
4. We will update the conference information on the website for the hotel information.

Sessions and invited speakers

1. Somiealo, Benard, Diallo, Funmi, Christine, Sanae, Horst, Ulrich reported on their invited speakers and will follow up for confirmation and as the case may be, will seek new speakers.
2. We will create a googledoc where everyone should input their invited speaker details, including their confirmation status.

Selection of contributed abstracts

We agreed to the suggestions of the thresholds for acceptance fo abstracts, and ones to be moved from oral to poster presentations

We will proceed to making the judgment decisions in Indico and informing the absrtact submitters of the decisions.
