- Reminder: we have 32 talks slots per track (see slides from our first SPC meeting)
- abstracts submitted to multiple tracks will need to be discussed offline -- for example, each track could make a proposal to the other two tracks to intiate a discussion (in the past this worked for me and a solution was decided upon with just a few text messages)
- the same goes for misplaced abstracts or for borderline abstracts that could go to T3 as being the one with fewer submissions
- would be great to converge on a final proposal by the end of this week -- the opening of the registration should happen any time this week and it would be great to send notifications to submitters not too late after that
- given the above bullet, we should try to be done sending notifications not later than the end of next week
- there won't be enough space to show all posters simultaneously so that you will have to split in two parts: one part will be shown during the first half of the conference and the second part during the second half of the conference
- the next step will be to fill the timetable and split the posters as above -- we'll put together instructions and set up a meeting for this part after the review step is over
