HTCondor workshop 2025: Preparation meeting #3

- Official approval not yet in written, therefore no account for conference fee. Should/will be solved this week, then opening of registration ASAP
- Conference fee, the meals were previously calculated without taxing, recalculation brings us to 300,- EUR Early Bird registration and 350,- late registration. We all agree that it is a bit at the limit and further acceleration will not be possible in the future.
- Hotel, we do not have recommendations for the participants other than to book something along the red subway line. For the program comittee Christoph will come up with a couple of proposals by the end of the week. We can then book early and cancel if plans do change. Currently the average is around 120,- EUR per night for the time span of the conference.
- There are an estimated 100 HTC users on site and we should be prepared to reserve a small time slot for some user related content or hands on
Loosely talking about the program of the workshop from here on
- Sustainability still seems to be an issue that is worth being covered
- Pelican most likely not of huge interest in europe (maybe Brian knows if there are european cooperations at all ?)
- Some more classic administrative talks might be nice if the structure of the audiance composition stays the same as in Amsterdam
