News from GPU parameters tuning

• Benchmark backend accepts only a pair of block and grid size per kernel
  • Clusterizer step needs to tune only grid size as block size is constrained by static asserts
  • Almost modified backend to accept also one single variable, still tiny bug to fix
• Developing scripts to automate the tuning process of the whole TPC GPU sync tasks
