MADX files Exchange with Integration

Several decisions have been taken in the meeting. In red, you can find the actions:

-          A new folder will be created for integration inside the gitlab folder of P42 (post LS3), where the different versions of the layout will be dropped: https://gitlab.cern.ch/acc-models/acc-models-ea/-/tree/en-ea-le/P42/scenarios/post-ls3?ref_type=heads

This folder will be the baseline for the data exchange.

-          An email will be sent each time there is a new version of the beam line, with the main changes respect to the last version.

-           The coordinate system of the MADX files provided will be as follows:

o   TT85-TDC85: 2704

o   TCC8-ECN3: 2705 (this C.S. will be changed)

-          The current naming does not correspond to the distance to the target. It will be corrected at a more advanced stage.

-          Summary of inputs with respect to the last MADX file version sent by Laurie in April:

o   Beam dilution system has been added.

o   Last ben has been adjusted.

o   Beam instrumentation upstream of the target is missing.

o   TIDVG4 position needs to be checked.

o   The beam line will be divided depends on the zone and the C.S. will be adjusted.

-          New document is being written by Gemma and me. Some inputs are needed:

o   What is the magnet where the beam dilution is starting.

o   Once the draft is ready, it will be forwarded for completeness.
