Social Events

The Eclipse

Date: Wednesday, August 12, 2026 Time: 17h30h  Location: Monte de San Pedro Notice that a free shuttle bus service to transport participants will be scheduled from the Workshop venue to Monte de San Pedro, the location where the eclipse will be observed. The likelihood of favorable observing conditions is high, as A Coruña generally experiences few rainy days and minimal cloud cover in August. However, contingency plans are in place in the event of cloudy weather.

 

Conference dinner

After the Eclipse event, the conference dinner will take place just a 5-minute walk away.   Date: Wednesday, August 12, 2026 Time: 21h  Location: Árbore da Veira Restaurant

Summer Camp 2026 During the month of August, Tiny Town will hold a new edition of the Summer Camp, coinciding with the Invisibles 26 Workshop, which will take place in A Coruña from August 10 to 14, 2026. Aware of the needs of attending families, Tiny Town will reserve spots with priority and without advance payment until the first enrollment period in June 2026. Where They Are: They are located at Avda. Calvo Sotelo, 11. 15004, A Coruña- a central, quiet, and easily accessible area — ideal for families visiting the city. Camp Details Dates: August 10–14, 2026 Schedule: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Ages: 1–15 years old.
