We will now operate RFQ2 test bench (with RFQ ready in Aug-Sep 2025). All is ready for this (RFQ BCT and BPM to be installed when RFQ2 moved in final position)

MTP2025 approved full package (basically reallocating budget from RFQ3 production which was canceled)

For BI it is:

Discussion summary:

All money is available. We should assess if and how we can use it by defining a budget profile from now to Jan 2028
RFQ test stand master schedule and BI related tasks:

Sep-Oct 25 to Sep 26 (operate present test stand)

Measure RFQ2 from : diagnostics as is, to be maintained
No new BPM installation possible
Assume present EM will work

Oct26-Dec27 (prepare for after LS3)

Can we envisage providing 2 BPMs with DAQ?
New BPMs may include integration studies (driven by ABP with BI input as needed)
Any EM modifications to be assessed from experience starting Sep 25 (EM has not been operated for a while)
Test stand with White Rabbit after LS3: we must ensure HW and SW compatibility → Is it clear what we need to do for BCT, SEM, BPMs? Do we want to pay 1/3 of an Origin with the 90k available here?
