ATTENTION: Please note that, due to restricted access to the CERN domain, last-minute on-site registrations will not be possible.
The conference registration will be held at CERN building 33 : CCSC ( CERN Community Support Center) in front of the globe. Please collect your CERN access badge and the conference badge at the dedicated desk of the CCSC.
Registration opening times:
- Tuesday 25th November 13h to 15h
- Wednesday 26th November 8h to 10h
No badges will be distributed before 13h on Tuesday 25th November.
During the registration times, go directly to the QBC desks without queuing for the general desks. If you arrive outside the registration times, please enter the queue for the general desks.
Your trip to CERN:
We strongly recommend you to take public transportation to reach CERN.
From Geneva train station: take tram 18 towards CERN, CERN is the end station (25 min)

From Geneva airport: take bus 57 stop at 'Blandonnet' then tram 18

If you come by car, you can use the visitor parking when arriving:
The visitor parking is a pay parking. People coming by car will have to leave their car in the visitor parking while registering and getting their badges. Once they have the badges they may enter CERN with their car via the CERN main entrance: entrance B.
