Please register using Indico. You will be sent a confirmation email after your registration is accepted.
During registration, you will be able to apply to give a talk.
The conference fee is €350 (or 1500 PLN), due by 1ˢᵗ June 2026.

Meals
Lunches and small snacks at coffee breaks are provided and included in the conference fee.
If you have any dietary requirements, please indicate them on the registration form, or contact the organisers.
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will be held in the evening following the excursion, in a hall of the Wieliczka Salt Mine.
We warmly welcome additional guests for both the Wieliczka Salt Mine visit and the conference dinner. Please indicate on the registration form if you expect to bring additional participants; the organising committee will contact you nearer the time to confirm numbers and arrange payment.
Accommodation
The conference venue is in central Kraków and there are many options for accommodation nearby to suit a variety of budgets.
Participants in past conferences in Kraków have sometimes been contacted speculatively by third-parties offering accommodation recommendations or help with hotel reservations. We do not endorse or support any such services and advise against using them.
For participants with a limited budget, we have reserved 10 rooms in the AGH university accommodation 'Hostel Strumyk', from 12th to 18th July, available for 160 PLN (~40 EUR) per night. The conference venue is a 20-minute walk away. Note that kitchenettes and bathrooms are shared between two rooms. To make a reservation, email strumyk@taniehostele.pl and mention 'BOOST2026'.
Visas
If you require a visa to attend BOOST 2026, please apply via the Polish Embassy or Consulate in your country of long-term residence with plenty of time to spare, as the process can involve waiting to be allocated an appointment.
