Once you have registered, the CERN access card will be sent to your email address. This access card is essential for your participation in the workshop and to ensure smooth access to CERN premises.
Here are the instructions for accessing and using your CERN access card:
Check Your Email: Please check your email inbox, including your spam folder, for an email from CERN that contains your access card.
Print: Please print the access card. Ensure that the access card is easily visible and accessible when you arrive at CERN.
Bring It With You: On the days of the workshop (also during the week-end before the workshop), be sure to have your access card readily available for presentation at CERN security checkpoints.
If you forget to bring your access card, you may request that a replacement be printed by going to the CERN Community Support Centre (Building 33)
