Oral presentations
a) Duration
- Invited talks: 25 minutes overall (max 20 min presentation + 5 min Q&A)
- Contributed talks: 20 minutes overall (max 15 min presentation + 5 min Q&A)
b) What you need to prepare and provide in advance of the conference:
- Slide Presentation as pdf or PowerPoint file - ratio 16:9
- Deadline for submission on INDICO: the day before your session
Poster presentations
TREDI 2026 will have a Poster Session on Tuesday afternoon.
The poster size (NOTE: vertical orientation) must be A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm).
Adhesive tape to attach your poster to the panel will be available in the poster room.
The poster shall be provided by the Author(s). Please review your poster dimensions before you arrive to ensure that it will fit in the defined space.
Please hang your poster as soon as possible and leave it up as long as possible. All posters should be removed by the end of the workshop.
Presenting authors are expected to be present at their poster during the entire poster session.
