Information about conference fees:
- Regular fee: 300 CHF
- Single day fee: 60 CHF (Conference dinner - 100 CHF)
The fees cover:
- Attendance to the entire scientific workshop:
- Welcome reception on Monday 26 January
- Conference dinner on Wednesday 28 January
The payment may be made by:
- Credit card (e-payment): Please choose "e-payment" when completing your registration form, then choose Postfinance CERN when you proceed with the payment. If you want to proceed with the e-payment later you can do it after having register at "Modify my registration" (in the main menu) and then "Postfinance CERN". The costs for payment with Visa and Mastercard are around 2.5% and around 3.7% with American Express. These costs will be added to the registration fees.

- Note: We received a lot of payment without reference and it can takes time to be able to find the correct information. As a result, the payment cannot be registered and the participation not validated.
- Please note also that the bank transfer is charged to the participant. An invoice can be sent to the institution upon request PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER. The bank transfer must be made by the institution, not by the participant him/herself. Please send your request to ep.fcc.secretariat@cern.ch
- Invoice cannot be issued after receipt and posting of payments. However, a payment certificate can be sent to the participant.
- Payment via a CERN budget code or a Third Party account: Create a TID using EDH edh.cern.ch and mention the name of the participant. Use Hanna Barbut as supplier, and code 34952 FCC-PW2026 as creditor. General description: FCC-PW2026 + Last name of the participant. The name of the participant as client, and the budget code as debtor. The activity code is 14050900. In the TITLE FIELD, please mention THE NAME OF EVERY PERSON WHOSE FEE IS BEING PAID IN THE TID (very important).
Cancellation of participation:
- No reimbursement of registration fees after 7 January 2026.
- When reimbursing, bank transfer fees are at the cost of the beneficiary.
