Discussion:

• The 2D and 3D drawings for the gun have been aproved and gone for production
• Nicolas suggested that we keep this meeting once a month to follow up the production and manufacturing
• All the DC and HV cables will be new, Vincent needs # and size of the cables for making mounting frame
• Cable integration in AD ring will be done by someone else (Vince Claire, Francois Butin)
• Bill of material - quantity for production, will be sent by Vincent for verification
• Charge the expenses on budget code: ceramics in 2025, rest in 2026
• Inconel screw to be ordered by Gunn
• Tantalum foil to be ordered by Jean/Adriana
• Collector cable fixation is needed, this is new for EN-MME
• Nicolas suggested that we in SY-BI collect all the small missing or new design edit/change an dbring them at the begining of 2026
• Check with AD ring optics if the expansion solenoid and arm solenoid influence pbar beam, do we need magnetic shielding ? (D. Gamba)
