Registration Process
The registration process consists of two steps:
- Please sign up for the symposium via Indico here
- Complete your registration by selecting one of the payment links below to pay the registration fee.

Note: There is a "Payment Language" option at the bottom of the form. Please remember to select your preferred language before proceeding with the credit card payment.
Your registration will be considered complete and approved only after you have completed both steps and paid the registration fee. Please allow a few days for your registration to be processed and reflected on our end.
If you need to create a CERN Indico account to sign up for ISMD 2026, please refer to the instructions at the bottom of this webpage.
ISMD 2026 Registration Fees
The ISMD 2026 registration fee includes all coffee/refreshment breaks, the welcome reception, Taiwanese drinks during the poster session, all lunches, the excursion, and the symposium banquet.

Regular Registration (by July 31):
- 300 USD (≈ 9,900 TWD) per person
- 250 USD (≈ 8,250 TWD) per student

Late Registration (from August 1):
- 360 USD (≈ 11,880 TWD) per person
- 310 USD (≈ 10,230 TWD) per student
Regular Registration: Participants must register and pay by July 31, 2026. After this date, registration will be considered late and charged at the late registration rate.
Accompanying Person Fee
The accompanying person fee covers the welcome reception, lunch before the Wednesday excursion, the excursion, and the symposium banquet. The accompanying person needs to have their own Indico account and register separately, just like any other participant.

- 150 USD (≈ 4,950 TWD) per person

Accompanying persons aged 12 or under do not need to pay the accompanying person fee to attend the reception, Wednesday excursion, and banquet.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are refundable until July 17, 2026, minus a processing fee. No refunds will be issued after this date.
Instructions for Creating a CERN Indico Account
To create a CERN Indico account:
- Please visit the CERN Indico registration webpage using the link.
- Once your account is created, return to this symposium page and log in with your new credentials.
