We have informed the Taipei Cultural and Economic Delegation in Geneva, Switzerland, that some participants will be applying for a Taiwan visa there. If you have any questions, we are happy to assist you.
Attendees holding a People's Republic of China (PRC) passport are requested to contact us directly at ismd2026@phy.ncu.edu.tw and inform us whether you hold a residence permit from a third country or region. We will provide the necessary assistance for your Taiwan entry permit application.
Attendees holding passports issued by India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia, or Laos may be eligible to apply for a Taiwan Travel Authorization Certificate (TAC) — a simplified online visa application process. Please note that, since October 2025, all visitors holding non-Taiwanese passports are required to complete the Taiwan Arrival Card (TWAC) online before arriving in Taiwan. Travelers who do not complete the form in advance may experience a considerably longer processing time at passport control.
