We are very happy to receive funding from University Fund Limburg for the event Bachelors@Beauty. Thanks to this funding, 5 talented bachelor students from the Maastricht Science Program in Maastricht will be able to join the beauty conference for free.
Each of the participating bachelor students is selected based on the courses they took and their motivation. They will receive a certificate of participation, present a poster in the lightning session and get a mentor from the Gravitational Wave and Fundamental Physics Group at Maastricht University. In return, these bachelor students will help out during the conference, so feel free to ask them any questions regarding your stay, but also physics related!
By showing the students state-of-the-art research, we will inspire them to pursue a career in (particle) physics and provide them a great start of their future careers.
