Cancellations and Refunds

For cancellations received on or before June 25, 2026, a full refund will be issued, minus a £40 administration fee. After this date, refunds will be considered at the discretion of the organizing committee. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague at no additional cost. Please note that refunds will not be provided for individuals who fail to appear.
