A complimentary GT coach transfer has been arranged to connect Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) with the event venue.
While the transfer with GT coach is complimentary, a contribution of €30.00 per person is required as a contribution towards the cost of the round-trip ferry ticket. This contribution must be added to the fee for those who will make use of the coach transfer (even in case of a single trip). The schedule of the buses is as follows:
Sunday, May 31st: destination la Biodola hotels

- from Roma Fiumicino airport at 14:00
details on the meeting point will be provided later on.
There will be the reception staff waiting for you at the meeting points about one hour before the workshop bus departure (details on name and mobile phone numbers provided by e-mail).

- to Roma Fiumicino airport at 13:00 (expected arrival by 19:00)
