The event secretariat will handle the hotel reservations. Kindly note that accommodation cannot be guaranteed after the deadline.
The early registration fee applies until April 17th (payment completed). After this date, and for on-site payment, the late registration fee will apply.
The registration desk will open on Sunday, May 31st at 5:00 pm.

(*) The reduced fee is intended for MSc and PhD students upon presentation of a statement from their supervisor, which can be uploaded via the registration form.

- bus transportation from Rome Fiumicino Airport to the venue and return (see Travel Information);
- room rental and organizational expenses;
- meeting materials.
