Non-Discrimination and Code of conduct
The organizers are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment that fosters scientific exchange and collaboration. Any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying, or retaliation is not tolerated.
All participants are expected to behave professionally and with respect toward others, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, physical appearance, political views, or any other characteristic protected by law.
Harassment in any form is unacceptable. This includes, but is not limited to, abusive or intimidating behavior or language, sustained disruption of events, unwelcome comments or jokes, inappropriate physical contact, sexual attention, stalking, or the sharing of images or recordings without consent.
All communications, whether verbal or written, must be appropriate for a professional and diverse audience. Sexualized, sexist, or offensive language or imagery is not permitted.
Participants asked to stop inappropriate behavior are expected to comply immediately. Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event at the discretion of the organizers.
Rules for participants from Russian and Belarusian institutions
In line with the measures adopted by the CERN Council and supported by INFN, the Local Organising Committee has suspended the participation of institutions based in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus in all scientific committees and conference-related activities.
Individuals employed by these institutions may participate only in a personal capacity (without institutional affiliation) or under an IUPAP affiliation, subject to approval by IUPAP.
