·       BR presents the latest solution for the integration following several collaborative discussions and meetings.

• The configuration presented by BR, in which all the equipment fits into the space reservation, was validated by SY-BI, TE-VSC, and JP.

·       The new support system designed needs to be checked with BE-GM. If required, the supports could be modified for installation.

·       Action: The BGI magnet design will need to be finalised. DB and BR.

·       Action: The integration of the MDX magnets need to be re-done for the 100mm aperture. The connections on top of the MDX to also be re-done. DB.

·       The vertical MDX already have the connections integrated.

·       Action: The MDX systeme de réglages needs to be fixed. DB.

·       Action: To confirm on the need for the middle support (for and after installation). CV

·       Action: The alignment of the vacuum chambers and magnets need to be discussed with BE-GM. To organise a meeting with J-F.F. WA and CP

• SY-BI do not have a specific order from SY-BI regarding the vertical or horizontal MDX.
• Action: To confirm if volumes need to be reserved for the boîtiers to be added near the supports. CV
• Action: To check the rack requirements and communicate the details to JP. WA

• CP updates that for installing near the QRL, a Work frame/safety document is required. No additional protection needed is needed.
• Action: To prepare the safety document and draft the installation procedure. WA and CP

• Action: To confirm the required level of detail and timeline for the ECR. DKR
• If a simplified model is used, it must remain realistic and representative.
