WinCC OA server restarts

Servers hosting WinCC OA SCADA will be restarted on the 10th of December 2025. The exact details of which server will be upgraded and when (e.g. morning/afternoon) will be published soon on the sysadmin days wiki page.

>Please let us know if you’d like your SCADA to be restarted at a later time. We are already aware of several cases.

>UNICOS 9.4.0 Upgrades

I have some concern on this action, as the upgrade of UNICOS (WT/TT) are not yet compatible with our HMI generation tool as they changed the format of the WT/TT, so I would be in favour to delay the upgrade until I have a compatibe solution. (this concerns LHC GCS projects).
