Collector Dashboards

UKI-NORTHGRID-LANCS-HEP enabled fireflies
   - UDP packets fail to reach CERN, investigating (site is not on LHCONE)

Plan to write and publish instructions to setup site-collector
   - Will be based on Opensearch, Grafana and existing collector code

Experiments
- LHCb/DIRAC now supports Scitags from v 9.0.8 
   (https://github.com/DIRACGrid/DIRAC/releases/tag/v9.0.8)

dCache 
- 11.1.4 has been released - we're waiting for 11.2 to be able to ask sites to deploy
