 mer Postdoctoral Research Fellow at DESY (FSP-CMS) and now Fraud Strategy 
 Quantitative Analyst at PlayStation in Brussels.\nWhat does a career after
  academia really look like\, and which skills are companies actually looki
 ng for? Federico will share insights into his transition from particle phy
 sics to industry and reflect on transferable skills. He will highlight how
  analytical thinking\, statistics\, and machine learning translate into de
