Major work for ; major changes in workplan

1. Tansfer EUChina SAM server and clients to chinese admin

2. Tansfer EUChina 2nd VOMS server to chinese admin

3. Helped chinese admin to solve EUChina SAM server problem
   Due to oracle-client problem, It failed when publish test results 
   and SAM portal.

5. infrastructure trubelshooting:investicate & solve EUChina sites problem
   CE problems in beijing-ihep,beijing-cnic, infn-catania, infn-roma3
   SE problems in beijing-cnic, beijing-ihep,infn-roma3
   RB problem in beijing-ihep
   gLite UI problem in beijing-iheo

6. In order to install CMS SW application remotely by jobs in EUChina sites, 
   contacted with CMS SW expert and CMS software manager and got the instruction
   and installing scripts. now the scripts is being tested, then preraring to 
   install in EUChina sites.

1. VOMRS maintenance & troubleshooting

2. VOMRS user support, Process user's requests, problems & tickets 

3. Testing vomrs-1.3-1 with SLC3,tomcat5-5.0, voms-admin-server-2.0.3-2
   and java 1.5.
   - manually setup voms with voms-admin-server-2.0.3-2 because there is
     no configuration file and metapackages yet.
   - test vomrs basic founctinalities, new features and bug fixes by WebUI and scripts
   - report and disscussion bugs with developer
   - wrote test plan and report, uploaded it at

4. attend EMT meetings to disscuss the status of vomrs/voms testing status 

5. wrote vomrs troubleshooting twiki page about "LHC Experiment VO user registration 
   failed in vomrs" at
   https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/LCG/VomrsFAQforServiceManagers
    
6. PPS top level BDII maintance & upgrade
