Major work for Health-e-Child; major changes in workplan

- Servers for IGG hospital arrived at CERN. Work conducted by WP14 team: installations, configurations and testings. As a result of the above an automated remote installation procedure was devised: http://hec-maat-server1.cern.ch/hec/ks/CERN/ Can easily be adapted for DVD based installation. Procedure and code were devised/written by me with minor additions from Jordi, Jorge (Maat).
- Help with finalization of firewalling for Maat servers at CERN
- Helped with resolving problems with certificates for UWE site
- Help with starting of deployment at DISI - proposing possible configurations for their site

Major work for <GD-OPS; GD-ITR>; major changes in workplan

- Helped to resolve problems with KickStart file for PPS host installation
- FTS2.0 
  - upgrade - debugging problems with DB upgrade
  - addition of new transfer channels to support SRMv2 sites
  - support ATLAS transfers via this FTS instance
  - a number of bugs reported to FTS devel team 
- PPS gLite Updates 28, 29 on WMSLB, FTS, MONBox_e2emonit
