<li>Equipment protection during dismantling works:
<ul>
<li>The roof of the RILIS lab is very dirty and full of dust, we anticipate a lot of dust during the dismantling process</li>
<li>A cleaning will be coordinated prior to dismantling to try to minimise this</li>
<li>As well, equipment owners will be asked to protect their own equipment, we are aware a lot of this equipment is very sensitive, so I would highly recommend protecting it with some plastic covering to protect from dust
<ul>
<li>The planned dismantling for the green cage and light structure is for ~3 weeks sometime in May or June</li>
<li>The planned dismantling for the I-beams starts in Sept</li>

<li>With the above in mind, I would like to ask people to please get in touch with myself, if people plan to perform any work on any of the equipment that is below or near the RILIS structure, so that we can coordinate well the works</li>
<li>Two detectors PAXIS301 (below RILIS) and 303 (inside RILIS) have been dismantled in anticipation of upgrade from RAMSES to CROME</li>
