<p>Short prototype - HV stability issues understood - bug in the design of HV board, can be fixed on the existing boards by applying glue in a problematic groove, new boards are already correct</p>
<p>                             - Signal - pedestal = average between 0.3-0.6 ms</p>
<p>                                           - saturated signals are observed with voltage above 1450V - Michal K. confirmed that the same was seen with NA62 straws only in b154, not in the cavern</p>
<p>                             - Channel 1 is different - not understood (not wire tension, no known difference between this straw and others)</p>
<p>                                                                       - wire tension whould be remeasured</p>
<p>                                                                       - measure with Fe55 in different positions along the straw</p>
<p>                                                                       - 70um kapton tape used to disconnect this channel for further measurements</p>
<p>                             - stable pedestal values</p>
<p>                             - all measurements are done with termination board</p>
<p>                             - trailing time resolution is about 7ns (for straws 2-4)</p>
