Fees
Registration will close on September 1st 2026. The cost for the workshop is 122 € for the five days.
The conference dinner cost has not been estimated yet and the payment will be taken care by each participant.
Registration procedure
On submission of your completed registration form, you will receive a confirmation that your registration has been received and is on hold.
You will then need to complete the registration fee payment by visiting the payment site.
Once payment is received, your registration will be complete and confirmed. This is a manual process; don't expect it to happen instantaneously!
Special note for CNRS employees : the fee can only be paid using a "bon de commande".
Visas
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary visas - if required - to enter France.
Certificates of Attendance and Invoices
Certificates of attendance as well as invoices for the registration fee will be provided to each workshop attendee.
