• Birst DB box failed vacuum acceptance test, will have to be cleaned again
• Some delay for one of the drift tubes that needs NEG coating: can also operate for now without coating which could be done later
• VSC installation should be done before beginning of July when the LS3 starts 
• Very first part (first quadrupole until valve) could be installed anytime; bottlenecks for downstream parts are the installation of the beam telescopes and the first BI box
