The conference is hosted at the Belconti Resort Hotel, in the Antalya region of Türkiye.

Due to the ultra all-inclusive concept of the Hotel and the conference where all activities, breaks, lunches, dinners, etc. will be at the Conference Hotel, accommodation is mandatorily booked through the conference registration at the Belconti Hotel. (Attending the conference is not possible with individual bookings at the hotel, the hotel booking has to be facilitated through the conference registration)
An overview of hotel room prices and what it includes can be found in the Conference Fees tab. The hotel costs cover your stay in an ultra all-inclusive concept: all meals and drinks are included in the room price. In summary, the prices are:
- Single Person Room: 180€ per day per person
- Double Person Room: 120€ per day per person
- Three Person Room: 110€ per day per person
Families with children are welcome. In this case, no extra fees for the first child (0-11 years); the second child (0-11 years) staying with parents receives a 50% discount on the hotel room. Children aged 12 or older pay the full hotel prices.
