Registration fees
- Early Registration (until 30 June): 450€
- Regular Registration (from 1 July): 550€
- Student Registration: 350€ (until 30 June), 400€ (from 1 July)
- Accompanying Person: 180€ (per person age 12 or above)

The registration fee covers:
- Conference location and organizational fees
- Coffee breaks, welcome reception etc.
- Airport-Hotel transfers
- Half-day excursion with guides
Hotel fees
- Single Person Room: 180€ per day per person
- Double Person Room: 120€ per day per person
- Three Person Room: 110€ per day per person
Families with children are welcome. In this case, no extra fees for first child (0-11 years), the second child (0-11 years) staying with parents receives 50% discount on the hotel room. Children aged 12 or older pay the full hotel prices.
Hotel fees cover:
- Your stay at the hotel in your choice of a room type with a "Ultra all inclusive" concept. This includes all meals, snacks and drinks including servings at the Hotel bars.
- Access to hotel amenities
Payment procedure
After the indico registration, participants will receive a payment link from the "MAD TURIZM" event organization company to facilitate the registration fee and hotel payment via "VakifBank" (within a few days).
After successful payment the indico registration will be accepted (within a few days).
