Antalya Airport serves large travel hubs, e.g. Istanbul, and many smaller Airports in Europe and the Middle East.
Travel to Conference Veneue
From Antalya City center or Antalya Airport, reaching Belconti Hotel is possible via taxis that take ~35 minutes. Public transport is rather complex and will take more than an hour with changes.
For those who filled the forms in time we set up bus/taxi shuttles from the Airport to the conference location on the arrival (Sunday Oct 4) and departure day(s) (Friday/Saturday Oct 9/10). Based on the information we received the shuttle schedules are as follows:
- AYT Airport-Belconti Hotel
- Belconti Hotel- AYT Airport (to be added later)
In case you do not find your name in the list above, this means you either did not fill in the forms in time or your arrival/departure dates fall out of the shuttle days.
Important: The indicated shuttle time from the airport is the upper bound for leaving from the airport. If everybody for a given shuttle is there earlier, the shuttle will leave earlier.
If you miss your assigned shuttle time slot, you can take a taxi. The taxi price should be around 30-40 euros and will take you about 35 min to reach the venue. Please do not forget to ask the driver to open the taximeter. Payment with credit card should be no problem.
At both Domestic and International Terminal exits there will be people waiting for you with clear signs of the TOP2026 logos. Where exactly to meet shuttle service :
- In case you arrive at International Terminal (T2) the pick-up meeting point is marked with letter "E", see below:
- If you arrive at the Domestic terminal (D) then you need to look for number "13" (see in the photo below) that is also clearly marked and you will see also TOP2026 logos.
