  brave enough to tap deep into their creativity. Participants are encourag
 ed to aim at solving complex problems by removing barriers to creativity\,
  applying a systems-thinking approach\, using future thinking as a tool\, 
 and being inspired by the way physicists and engineers work at CERN. Contr
 ary to what some might expect from a course held at CERN\, we are not expe
 cting you to be physicists or engineers – we truly believe that for chan
