Visas
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary visas - if required - for Italy. A Schengen visa is also sufficient, details can be found here.
Letters of Invitation
Should you require a letter of invitation, please indicate this in your registration or contact wlcg-hsf-workshop-2026<at>lists.cnaf.infn.it and this can be provided in advance.
Certificates of Attendance and Invoices
Certifcates of attendance as well as invoices for the registration fee will be provided to each workshop attendee. If you require something additional or some specific, please contact the workshop secretaries when you are in Bologna.
