The registration fee of EUR 350 includes:
- Access to the conference facilities and meeting rooms at the workshop venue
- A light lunch on Monday, November 2, 2026 (opening day)
- Standard lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- A light lunch on Friday at the end of the workshop
- Mid-morning coffee breaks on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Mid-afternoon coffee breaks on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- The conference dinner, held on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at Cantina Bentivoglio in the city center of Bologna
(An accompanying person may attend the dinner at an additional cost of EUR 60) - Participation in one of the guided visits scheduled for Wednesday afternoon, including transportation where required
Please note that accommodation, breakfasts, and all other dinners are not included in the registration fee.
