We reviewed layout database references and assumption for the IR1/4/5 layout. We discussed the tertiary area Pascal commented that he is adding explicit mid beam point names that remove ambiguity with .B1 .B2 points.
Albin is preparing the fiducialization procedure of the tertiary and send it to Riccardo will check the coherence with references in layout database and equipment function. Riccardo asked to be informed when procedure to other equipment will be prepared.
We confirmed that consistency of layout references in installation drawings are not checked by anyone (equipment owner) approving the drawing (e.g. BWLSA had an issue that was noticed after installation).
Luca will involve informally Joao/Riccardo in the approval process of the installation drawings. This may delay the process due to the extra checks but will prevent issues.
Joao and Kacper/Alban will review longitudinal bumps from Geode to detect large bump that could lead to integration issues (e.g. 7mm unexpected gap in BWSLA in installation) Some LSS have large uncertainty on the longitudinal position. Joao will report to the TCC this summary, the lesson learned from BWSLA installation and the new findings with Geode data.
