Students who are selected to attend the School should arrange to arrive in Taiwan during the afternoon/early evening of Wednesday 14 October. The school will end on the morning of Tuesday 27 October after breakfast.
On the day of arrival, bus transfers will be organized between the airport and the hotel. Similarly, transport will be provided to the airport on the departure day.
Where necessary, our Taiwanese colleagues will assist with official invitations for use in obtaining visas for Taiwan if needed. Once selected, students will be contacted by e-mail with the relevant instructions for making the visa application for Taiwan.
Note that students should not make firm bookings for travel to the school before they have been formally accepted, and travel details for funded students must be agreed in advance by the School organizers.
