This information is important in order to identify each transfer, as this bank account is opened for several others CERN conferences

Credit card
Please note the cost of transactions by credit card (2.5% of the transaction for payments by Visa or Mastercard).
These costs will be added to the registration fees.
TID
Payment with RFF/invoice can be done only by the Institute/University. Participant cannot pay themselves. RFF paid by the participant will be cancelled.
When creating an RFF, please specify the name of the participant in the first line description, in order to see the name in CET.
For information, the system does not allow us to issue invoices (RFF) after receipt and posting of payments. Invoice requests must be made before payments and only available for payment by bank transfer.
For INFN affiliates:
For participants affiliated with INFN, the conference fee receipt must include the relevant INFN division, together with its VAT number and tax identification number.
For example, for INFN Torino:

The receipt must also include:

the purpose of the payment: Conference fee.
VAT must not be charged or indicated on the receipt.
Payment may be made by credit card or by bank transfer to the workshop’s CERN bank account.
